The Problem
Co-Contracting is a recruitment agency. It places technicians at large industrial companies in Belgium. Its recruiters messaged every candidate by hand on WhatsApp, kept conversations in spreadsheets and searched LinkedIn for new profiles themselves. Follow-ups were missed, and a lot of time went into admin.
The Solution
We built a set of connected automations next to the team. Outreach goes over WhatsApp and LinkedIn, with follow-up that plans itself. The inbox is read and comes with drafted replies. Incoming vacancies are matched against available technicians. Blogs and posts go out every week. The team keeps the decisions.
